Shift Requirement (2nd Shift Only)
This position is hiring for 2nd Shift only.
This schedule totals 11 hours per day, with 10 paid working hours and a 1-hour unpaid meal break.
Candidates must be willing and available to work this schedule.

- Schedule: Monday through Thursday
- Shift Hours: 3:30 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.
- Work Schedule: Four (4) 10-hour shifts per week
- Meal Break: One (1) hour unpaid lunch break

We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to support our precision manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of CNC lathes, mills, and multi-axis machines to produce high-quality components for demanding applications.
The ideal candidate has experience machining stainless steel, titanium, and composites and thrives in a detail-driven, quality-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and multi-axis machining centers
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and minor program edits as needed
- Machine materials including stainless steel, titanium, and composites to tight tolerances
- Monitor machine performance and inspect parts to ensure compliance with specifications
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience (lathes, mills, or multi-axis equipment)
- Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a manufacturing shop environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and metalworking fluids
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Skills
- Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience machining aerospace materials preferred
- Experience with multi-axis (3, 4, or 5-axis) machining
- Familiarity with tight-tolerance machining and high-spec quality requirements
- Experience working within AS9100 or similar quality systems is a plus
- Experience with Fanuc controls is a plus
- Experience with Mastercam or similar CAM software is a plus
